Jordan, a Director of Partner Success, has served public schools for over 15 years as a school administrator, professional learning facilitator, district instructional specialist, interventionist, and teacher. Jordan’s experience includes working with districts and schools, supporting students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and English Language Learners. She collaborates with school, district, and state agency leaders to design and implement talent development initiatives, coaching, and strategic plans. In this work, she helps leaders find solutions, meet success criteria, build internal capacity, and promote equity, growth, and engagement in public schools.
