Kammi GreenChief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer at engage2learn, Kammi serves as a senior member of the executive leadership team, leading and integrating the company’s full revenue organization. She oversees enterprise go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, partner success, forecasting discipline, and commercial execution across services and software offerings. She aligns new business development, renewals, expansion, RFP strategy, and partner lifecycle performance, with the aim of scalable growth, strong retention, and disciplined margin management.
Kammi’s work centers on the success of district partnerships. She collaborates closely with the Executive Directors of Partner Success, Directors of Strategic Partnerships, and district leaders to help make each district’s local vision a reality by implementing account management systems that include custom design consultations, clearly defined success criteria, and responsible rollout plans. Through weekly standing meetings, executive status reports, and quarterly reviews, she spots risks early and holds every partnership to steady accountability, so projects stay on track and deliver lasting results.
Kammi brings experience from the school, district, and state levels in transforming teaching and learning so that every child is prepared for their future. Throughout her career, she has partnered with educators to address adaptive challenges with culturally grounded solutions, and has led the culture shifts that sustainable change requires. She brings the same focus on people and outcomes to her executive role today, where she makes sure engage2learn’s revenue strategy supports long-term impact, operational efficiency, and sustainable market leadership.
Kammi’s why is that she believes every student deserves the opportunity to learn in an environment where they can grow and own their future. She wants to help change the systems in public schools so every child gets the education they deserve, one that is meaningful, engaging, and equitable.

Background & Experience
Kammi brings fourteen years of public education experience across many leadership roles, which gives her a practical view of what it takes to transform teaching and learning across a whole system.
She began her career in the classroom, teaching junior high math in Victoria ISD and Bryan ISD before earning her Master’s in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University and transitioning into instructional leadership as a Professional Development Specialist in Bryan ISD. In that role, she focused on curriculum design, instructional delivery, and professional learning work that laid the foundation for her systems-thinking approach to school improvement.
Kammi then joined Anderson-Shiro CISD, where she held progressively more senior roles: Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Executive Director of Instruction and Accountability, Assistant Superintendent, and Interim Superintendent. During that time, she led the implementation of a Human Capital Management system with several parts, including the Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) Grant and a District Stakeholder Working Group: a complex, cross-functional initiative with lasting impact.
Following her tenure in Anderson-Shiro, Kammi returned to Bryan ISD as Director of Curriculum and Instruction, where she implemented the Capturing Kids’ Hearts EXCEL Teaching Model and designed a K-12 RTI program.
Beyond her district work, Kammi has contributed to statewide education initiatives, collaborating with leaders across Texas through a TASA committee to design the New Vision Implementation Matrix, and serving on both the Texas High Performance Schools Consortium and the TIF Grant cohort. This work carried her commitment to transforming teaching and learning beyond her own districts to the state.
