Kelly FreiheitExecutive Director of Partner Success
Kelly Freiheit serves as engage2learn’s Executive Director of Partner Success. Kelly leads strategic partner relationships across engage2learn’s districts and is accountable for high-quality delivery and strong, lasting outcomes. She oversees cross-functional teams that design and implement scalable solutions, aligns partner goals with organizational priorities, and uses data and responsive support to keep improving the work. Kelly brings 16 years of K-12 experience, beginning as a blended learning teacher and coach in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where she was named Meck Ed Teacher of the Year. She spent nearly a decade at Education Elements, rising from Associate Partner to Senior Regional Managing Partner before joining engage2learn in 2026 as part of the Education Elements acquisition. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Management, and Human Resources Management from Virginia Tech and a graduate certificate from the University of North Carolina.
