Nick EspositoExecutive Director of Partner Success
Nick Esposito brings more than 15 years of K-12 education experience, advising district and school leaders nationwide. He specializes in leadership development, long-term strategic planning, and systems thinking to help school systems remove barriers, strengthen leadership capacity, and improve student outcomes.
Prior to joining engage2learn, Nick served in several senior consulting roles at Education Elements, where he partnered with districts to design and implement large-scale instructional and strategic initiatives. His experience also includes teaching middle school and serving as a high school teacher at the Baltimore School for the Arts. Nick is also a published children’s book author, and he uses storytelling in his work to help educators communicate a vision, inspire change, and connect with the people they lead.
As Director of Strategic Partnerships at engage2learn, Nick partners with school systems across Indiana, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, helping district leaders develop strategies that fit their goals and priorities. Through executive coaching and systems-level planning, he helps leaders build practices that last, for students, educators, and communities.
