Dr. Steven WurtzExecutive Director of Partner Success
Dr. Steven Wurtz is an educational leader with more than 26 years of experience in public education. He has held leadership roles in both school and district administration, including Interim Superintendent of Schools, and has led strategic initiatives on student achievement, organizational performance, and continuous improvement.
Dr. Wurtz leads collaboratively, welcomes new ideas, and has worked with educators, boards of trustees, and their communities to strengthen schools and widen opportunities for diverse learners. His experience spans the educational continuum from early childhood through post-secondary learning, including supporting multilingual learners, students with disabilities, gifted and talented students, and learners pursuing career and technical education pathways.
His work centers on equitable access and high-quality learning: building high-performing teams, improving instruction, and forming partnerships that strengthen organizations and open opportunities for students. He holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and takes a strategic, learner-centered approach to building strong systems and supporting educators, with lasting results for students and communities.
