Harlingen CISD Selects TEA-Approved Provider engage2learn for HQIM Implementation Support

AUSTIN, TX — engage2learn (e2L), the leading strategic implementation and talent development partner for K-12 public schools nationwide, is proud to announce a new development in its years-long partnership with the Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) – this time with a focus on HQIM implementation. 

Thanks to the Strong Foundations Implementation Grant from the Texas Education Agency (TEA), Harlingen CISD teachers will now be equipped to effectively implement HQIM designed for K-5 learners in Texas, including Amplify Reading Texas and Eureka Math TEKS Edition. To ensure the fidelity and success of these materials, the district selected TEA-approved provider engage2learn to be its implementation partner throughout the grant program, May 2024 through June 2025.

Through its proven, evidence-based approach, e2L will provide role-specific, job-embedded support to Harlingen CISD teachers, instructional coaches, principals, and curriculum and instruction teams. This support will utilize research-backed strategies to help district educators understand, implement, and sustain HQIM with the primary goal of sustainably improving K-5 literacy and math performance.

While this grant signals a new venture between e2L and Harlingen CISD, the partnership between the two has spanned several years. Including strategic design work, coaching support, and learning framework development through TEA’s Strong Foundations Planning Grant, the ongoing collaboration between e2L and Harlingen CISD has led to significant advancements in instructional coaching, teacher effectiveness, and student achievement.
