Texas districts trust engage2learn with their TEA grants because we work through each grant alongside their own teams.

engage2learn has partnered with Texas schools since 2011 and is a TEA-approved provider and Technical Assistance Provider for the LASO Cycle 5 grants listed below. In April 2026, Education Elements became part of engage2learn, bringing its practitioner-led expertise and district relationships to the work we do alongside Texas schools.

As a full-scale service provider, our team supports Texas districts through the TEA grant process, from application to implementation. We work through it with you, and we fit our systems, solutions, and schedules to each partner’s needs.

Our partner districts own their grants. engage2learn is the expert partner and facilitator who keeps the process running smoothly. We organize our support into clear systems and align it with the initiatives a district already has in place, so the grant serves the district’s own goals and priorities over the long term.

With engage2learn as your TEA-approved vendor, you can expect:

  • A partner that plans and decides with your team
  • Alignment between the work and your district’s vision
  • Quality deliverables, submitted on time
  • Change managed through systems that last
  • One consistent system for communicating with TEA
  • Proprietary data analysis in decision making

Learning Acceleration Support Opportunities (LASO) Cycle 5 grants

LASO Cycle 5 is here. For the 2026-27 school year, TEA’s Learning Acceleration Support Opportunities bring 21 grants, allotments, and in-kind supports together in one consolidated application, with up to $400 million available to Texas school systems.

This cycle’s opportunities fall under five focus areas: Strategic Planning, Curriculum and Instruction, Strategic Talent Systems, More Time, and Innovative School Models.

engage2learn is a TEA-approved provider for five LASO Cycle 5 programs. We’ve partnered with Texas schools since 2011, and we know that a strong application is only the beginning. Our team walks alongside you from planning through implementation, so your grant turns into real growth for teachers and students.

Education Elements, now part of engage2learn, is also on TEA’s Cycle 5 approved provider list for LIFT, the Blended Learning Coherent Systems pathway, and School Action Fund. Together, we bring more experienced coaches and more Texas know-how to every grant partnership.

  1. 01

LIFT (Leadership & Instructional Foundations for Texas)

A three-year grant for Title I school improvement schools ready to implement Bluebonnet Learning well. LIFT builds the leadership habits that make high-quality instructional materials stick: coaching, PLCs, and regular observation and feedback cycles. Systems work with one approved provider for the life of the grant, and we’d be honored to be that partner.

  2. 02

LIFT SI Accelerator (LIFT SI A)

A one-year add-on of $60K to $90K per school for systems in LIFT. It adds deeper PLC support, coaching, and progress monitoring for school improvement schools. Systems must use the same approved provider for LIFT and LIFT SI A, so choosing one partner for both keeps the work connected.

  3. 03

School Improvement Curriculum and Instruction Support Grant (SI CISG)

A one-year grant of $200K per school for Title I school improvement schools using high-quality math or reading materials other than Bluebonnet Learning. At least 70% of funds go to approved provider support, which means your partner’s coaching shapes the results. We help teachers internalize their materials and help leaders build the systems to sustain them.

  4. 04

    School Action Fund (SAF)

Up to three years of support for Title I schoolwide school improvement schools pursuing a Restart, a new school, or a Reassign action. Systems work with an approved technical assistance provider through planning, implementation, and continuation. We help you design the model, prepare your board, and keep the work on track through each phase. Applications are due December 1, 2026.

  5. 05

    Blended Learning Grant (BLG)

A three-year grant with two pathways: Coherent Systems and Strategic and Innovative Operations. engage2learn is approved for both. Technical assistance is optional for Coherent Systems and required for Strategic and Innovative Operations. We help you design a blended model that fits your schools and supports teachers as they put it into practice.
